NOTICE!!!!
The purpose of this notice is to formally advise you our valued customers of upcoming rate increases. When considering an increase of any of our service rates we consider among other things, the cost of purchasing and maintaining necessary equipment for refuse and recycling services along with all other basic operating cost.
Our regional counterparts from St. George to Las Vegas, like us, have faced dramatic cost increases and they have implemented very aggressive service rate increases. They were so aggressive in fact that their rates which were slightly above ours just three years ago are now more than double Virgin Valley Disposal rates!
After careful evaluation, we have concluded we can no longer avoid a similar fate with our service rates and we will unfortunately be implementing an increase beginning September 1st 2024. A breakdown of the new rates will be posted on our website.
We acknowledge these will be painful increases for our many customers in and around our valley, but we’re hopeful that the circumstances of the last few years and specifically the massive inflationary pressures faced by all of us, will remain firmly in our rearview mirror.
