New Software 2026

Virgin Valley Disposal is excited to announce our new partnership with Element Software. While this transition brings several changes, we are committed to supporting you throughout the process.
To assist with this transition, we have included a few frequently asked questions below. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or require further assistance.

Will I see a lot of changes from the customers side?

You will not see many changes from your side. Most of these updates are designed to help VVD better handle routing, dispatching, and other background operations.
The primary changes you will notice will be on the web portal. Additionally, your bill may look slightly different. All of these updates are designed to be user-friendly and easy to understand.

Will my credit card or bank information be transferred to the new software?

Please be advised that all personal financial information associated with credit cards or bank accounts is highly encrypted and cannot be transferred to our new system. Once the system is active, we will send an email notification with instructions on how to log in and set up your payment information.
Additionally, we will no longer use direct bank transfers or ACH files. We are transitioning to Worldpay to handle all credit card and bank account transactions. Please note that, consistent with our previous policy, there will be a 3% transaction fee on all credit card payments. Under the new software, this 3% transaction fee will now also apply to bank transfers.

When will the new software go live?

We are currently working hard behind the scenes to get this project up and running. Moving all of the data is a significant undertaking, and we do not have a firm launch date yet.

We are aiming for late July or August. Please bear with us as we continue to move this project forward.

Will all of my information be transferred from the old software to the new software?

Most of your information will be automatically transferred to our new [system/platform].

However, please be aware that sensitive data, including bank account and credit card details, cannot be moved. This information is secured using encryption and tokens, making it non-transferable for your protection. Consequently, you will need to manually re-enter your payment information once the new system is live.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Will I still be able to use the web portal?

While the interface will look slightly different, you will still have access to all the features available on the previous portal.

The new system offers enhanced functionality and more options for managing your account. You will be able to pay your bills, set up auto-payments, order services, and much more.

Will my credential be different with the new web portal?

For your protection, your personal and sensitive information will not be migrated to our new system.

Once the new system is live, we will notify all customers. At that time, you will be able to create an account and log in to the new web portal.
